can you do more videos on what you eat or cook on a daily basis? Also are you still on your weight loss journey?

This is hands down the best video that I have EVER seen about food choices and what to eat. A lot of times when people say they lost weight or are following a plan they say “I eat healthy”…you were very specific–Thank you-this is extremely helpful!!!!

have u ever tried celery sticks cut into slices with peanut butter??? o.m.g goooddd! and b4 u know it the next meal has rolled around and u r soooo full. hahaha.

you should also try cuscu its a whole grain …you can get it a whole foods if there is one in your area.

Yeah Rice milk isn’t bad either. I just don’t like that it’s so watery. Almond milk is another good option too, it’s a little sweeter.
